Are the earrings heavy?
 

We get asked this alllll the time.  They are SO light.  Less than one ounce per pair.  Most of them I forget I even have in my ears.  We get comments from customers all the time saying how pleasantly surprised they were about the weight of them!

Do you accept returns?

We do not do returns or exchanges.  Jewelry is final sale.  However, if something you purchased from us breaks within 30 days of you buying it due to a flaw in our design.  We will gladly fix it for you.

Speaking of broken earrings...

​

As with anything made out of clay, these are slightly fragile.  Not at all too fragile for daily wear but some caution should be taken when storing or traveling with these.  You don't want to just toss them in a bag.  They need to be put securely in something cushioned.  If you step on them or jerk the metal pieces around the clay pieces they may break.  Care should be taken with them just as you would with any other breakable material.

Is everything buy one, give one?

​

No.  Earrings are always buy one, give one.  Necklaces and bracelets are not.  If you do buy a pair of earrings-  all you do is email your order number, along with the person's name and address to lettyclayforacause@gmail.com and we will get them out for you!!

What cause do you support?

​

Our cause changes every 2 months.  Causes are nominated and then voted on in our Facebook group.  You can join the group to find out what cause we are currently supporting, as well as help in choosing the next one!
